The machine is a granulator which directly extrudes heat-sensitive, viscous and hygroscopic dry powder into granules. It does not need to add any binder during the granulation process, and the particle size is adjustable. It is the current throughput in all granulation machinery forms. The largest amount of granulating equipment with the lowest energy consumption, widely used in chemical powder, metallurgical powder, pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical intermediate powder, fertilizer, food additive, magnetic powder, battery powder and other industries. After years of energy conservation and environmental protection, the company From the perspective of automation, the equipment is deeply researched and developed and absorbed from foreign design concepts. For the granulation of easily hygroscopic materials such as betaine, betaine hydrochloride, AMPS, CMC,Potassium fulvatem,Betain, etc., we have a dehumidification system for heat sensitive materials such as sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC),Triglycidyl isocyanurate，（TGIC granulation）, modified starche, potassium hydrogen persulfate. For the granulation of sugar-containing materials, we have water-cooled rolls and a circulating cooling system.
It can provide automatic ingredients and energy-saving retrofit solutions for heat sensitive materials, viscous materials, and hygroscopic materials.

The difference between GZL series dry granulator and GZL-M series dry granulator is as follows:
GZL series: Dry powder materials are spirally pressed into the gaps between the double rollers, which are fixed vertically. Then the materials will come out in the form of slices from the other side of the double rollers before they are crushed, reorganized, screened and packed.
GZL-M series: Dry materials are directly fed into the gaps between the double rollers without being spirally pressed. The double rollers are fixed horizontally. Then the materials will come out as slices from under the double rollers before they are crushed, reorganized, screened and packed.
